Wool’s self-cleansing properties allow for occasional washing; most women need only 2-3 pairs for entire nursing period. Untreated wool absorbs up to 40% of its weight in moisture, keeping skin dry & comfortable; and even when wet, it feels warm, unlike cotton & disposables.
