Abstract: Rather than focusing on external mileposts like stages, stations, and centimeters, what if laboring people had a clear roadmap that easily led them inwards, towards the physiological process unfolding in their bodies? What if instead of packing their bags with coping mechanisms, they filled them with tools that encouraged birth flow, and put them in the driver's seat of their own birth journey? Let's explore this new model of birth.
